In Climbing My Family Tree I share stories of my ancestors as I discover them, so the posts are sporadic. My family history is a work in progress, and I might have to backtrack occasionally if (when) I make mistakes, so if we share a branch or two I encourage you to double check the research sources rather than accepting mine wholesale. I hope you enjoy reading my posts and will visit often to find new posts. I enjoy sharing them with you!

Hello! Thanks for stopping by and choosing to leave a message. I read every message and I usually reply via the comment thread. [I recently discovered that I've been having technical difficulties with receiving notification of comments for the last year (2019 through Jan 2020). I think I've fixed that now. I hope. My apologies if you were caught up in that. I think I"ve caught up with, and replied to, all the comments now. EDIT: I continue to have problems. I will respond as soon as I find out there's been a comment.]

ReplyDeleteHi Jo. Thank you for including As They Were. I'm sure we all learn by reading other's blogs, I know I do.
ReplyDeleteYou're very welcome! And thank you for your help and encouragement this past year.
DeleteThanks Jo, yours is one of my favorites too. I also love many of the blogs listed above and am looking forward to checking out those I'm not familiar with, yet.
ReplyDeleteYou're welcome, Dara, and thank you, too!😊 I also really appreciate all the support and help you've given me -- especially and always for my grandparents marriage record!
DeleteThanks for including my blog on your list. I know many on your list, but will check out some 'new to me' blogs, too. And, I agree with Crissouli.. we learn by reading other's blogs!
ReplyDeleteYou're welcome, Dana. You're one of the reasons my list had to be updated. You have such interesting ancestors, and you write about them so well, I look forward to your stories (I read the one about the pet bear to a friend since I was reading it at lunch - we love the punch line!)
DeleteI am so honored by your including my blog on your list. Thank you so much! I greatly enjoy your blog and have admired how you are growing with it! Happy hunting!
ReplyDeleteYou're welcome, Janice. Your Happy Genealogy Dance is one of the first blogs I ever subscribed to (before I knew about Feedly). I have so enjoyed reading it.
DeleteJo,
ReplyDeleteThank you for including my blog in your list! I really appreciate it!
You're welcome Jana! Yours was one of the first blogs I found and subscribed to. I've enjoyed it quite a lot, and I was so excited when you first mentioned my blog in your Fab Finds that I sent a link to my parents and my brothers and posted it to Facebook! (For real, lol) Thanks for the encouragement.
